What If? by Randall Munroe, author of the xkcd webcomic. Contains serious scientific answers to absurd hypothetical questions. There is also a What If? YouTube channel

Humble Pi: A Comedy of Maths Errors by Matt Parker. The book starts with page 313 and counts down, overflowing to 4,294,967,293 (232 - 1) for the index. Talks about failures in math, from errors in engineering to geometrically impossible soccer ball logos. Matt runs the YouTube channel Stand-Up Maths.

Immune: A Journey into the Mysterious System That Keeps You Alive by Philipp Dettmer, creator of the YouTube channel Kurzgesagt. An introduction to the immune system, and later how it can go horribly wrong.

acapellascience: Creates song parodies, changing the lyrics into science themes. Comes with animated graphics nowadays.

Journey to the Microcosmos: A calm channel where they take footage of microbes and explain many aspects of the world they inhabit.

NileRed: Chemist, known for turning plastic gloves into grape soda and hot sauce.

The Thought Emporium: Shows off the many applications of science, including but not limited to lactose intolerance gene therapy and chicken mummification. Also owns a cooking channel.

Stand-Up Maths: Frequently creates an "I don't know what's going on here, and I will probably never need to use this in my life, but I'm invested anyway" feeling in casual viewers. Sometimes attracts hardcore programmers.
